Gyros & Falafel Grill opened its doors in Windsor, Colorado in June 2024 with one simple promise: bold, authentic Mediterranean food made from fresh, high-quality ingredients and recipes passed down through generations. Every dish that leaves the kitchen is built on that same commitment.
The food, from first bite to last
The menu spans creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanouj, crispy falafel, and ara'yis — grilled pita stuffed with seasoned beef. Hearty entrées like chicken shawarma, kabobs, and the Sultan Combo carry that same care to the table.
From the grill, made to order
The kabobs and shawarma are grilled fresh for every order — marinated meats that arrive at your table fragrant, charred at the edges, and tender all the way through. It's the kind of cooking that rewards slowing down and eating with people you like.

Prepared in a copper cezve the traditional way — rich, bold, and smooth without any bitterness. Order one after your meal, or stop in just for a cup.
A neighborhood place in Windsor
The dining room — with its stone fireplace, warm lighting, and red-and-black textile chairs — was built to feel like somewhere you'd want to linger, not rush through. Regulars come back week after week, and some guests drive more than an hour just to eat here.
